How is PPGI made?
Using a hot-dip galvanized steel coil as a substrate, the PPGI is made by first going through the surface pretreatment, then coating one or more layers of liquid coating by roller coating and finally cooking and cooling

The product is made of high tensile / strength steel, which after special pre-treatment is coated with Zinc (100%) which has sacrificial properties. After this the product is coated on both the surfaces by primer and paint for superior finish and long life.
